We are located in Northwest Grand Prairie, just a stone's throw from the PGBT and I-30, making our neighborhood convenient to all of western Dallas County, including downtown Dallas.  Professional sports venues are just 10 minutes away (AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, and Lone Star Park) and 20 minutes away (American Airlines Arena).

Within our boundaries, we have a sparkling community swimming pool and a pair of tennis courts for use by our residents.  A lawn service maintains all grass areas outside fence lines, leaving just flower beds and back yards for the homeowner to maintain.

While HOA dues average between $250-450 per month in the Dallas area, we have managed to keep ours in the lower range, currently at $275 per month.
